That's how Pandim was created—born out of the frustration of waiting for help.
Founded by Simon Kjellner in 2024 as a school project in Sweden called "Ung Företagsamhet, UF," Pandim's mission is to modernize customer service through the help of AI technology. Pandim's AI voice assistant is designed specifically for industries that deal with high-volume calls on a daily basis, such as barbershops, restaurants, SaaS companies, and e-commerce businesses.
We eliminate the outdated practice of waiting on the phone line for 40+ minutes for an issue that could have been resolved in 2 minutes.
